Summary

The Field Safety Manager position at Baker focuses on ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees. With the goal of fostering an Incident and Injury-Free (IIF) culture, the Field Safety Manager plays a crucial role in implementing safety protocols and practices on project sites. By spending the majority of their time in the field and actively engaging with co-workers, the Field Safety Manager leads by example and provides guidance on maintaining safe working conditions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site safety incidents and investigations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a safety-related field with at least 4 years of experience in concrete construction and safety
  • Possess a relevant certification or OSHA 500 training
