Sales Manager (Roofing and Solar)

Overview:
Seeking a Roofing and Solar Sales Manager. Need a LEADER to drive revenue growth and lead our current sales team and new reps. We have full time recruiters to help build your teams.

Everyone at BYLD is supported by each other. The players we want are ones that want to be pro. We offer a Salary 50k - 65k depending on experience. Along with a strong commission plan for over rides on your team and for your own contracts. We provide a pay structure that allows you to focus on the team and their growth. There are many opportunities for growth at BYLD. We currently have 3 branches in NC and 1 in SC. If you are looking for personal growth and career growth. You may be a good fit for this position.

What to Expect:

  • Lead your team in the D2D world for storm damaged roofs to sunny solar opportunities.
  • Using your own creativity will be crucial to absorbing more market share in roofing and solar.
  • Manage your teams pipeline.
  • Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively train reps to /services to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Oversee outside sales activities, including negotiating contracts, Insurance claims and closing deals.
  • Utilize CRM system to track sales performance and generate reports for management review.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership with a track record in Roofing or Solar.
  • Strong proficiency in Roofing or Solar. We train where needed.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a competitive market and effectively negotiate deals.
  • Authentic with good character.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a diverse sales team towards achieving common goals.
