Job Details:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all stages of roofing projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supervising all aspects of commercial roofing projects to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality completion
  • Providing guidance and support to roofing crews, ensuring they are equipped and trained to perform at their best
  • Enforcing safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
  • Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings
  • Collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services
  • Compiling regular progress reports, budget updates, and key performance indicators for management review

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Roofing as a Project Manager
  • Profound understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite

Preferred qualifications:

  • Holding OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
