Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Company: McCormick & Company, Inc.

Position Overview:
  • Under the supervision of the Team Manager or Warehouse Supervisor in Byhalia, Mississippi, you will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while operating material handling equipment.
Key responsibilities include performing warehouse duties such as loading, organizing, and order selection, as well as providing customers with necessary documentation and services. Overtime may be required occasionally.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform assignments in one of the seven activity groups related to warehouse operations.
  • Operate material handling equipment like forklifts.
  • Complete paperwork and system transactions accurately.
  • Identify and communicate issues for process improvements.

Required Qualifications:
Basic math, reading, and speaking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
1-3 years of experience using material handling equipment in a warehouse environment.
Basic MS Windows proficiency.
Forklift license preferred.
SAP Transactions/Process Training.
