**About the role:**

The Associate Sales Manager Americas US/LATAM/AUS, Perricone MD will assist in the business development of the PMD brand. S/he reports to the Senior Sales Manager and will support the growth of existing B2B accounts, help develop the retail strategy, ensure profitability of the brand, and build strong business plans with each retail account. S/he will work closely with the Senior Sales Manager to align with all investments (sampling, promotions, etc.), new product launch strategy, visual merchandising, and copy optimization. S/he will build strong relationships with key accounts, monitor performance versus expected growth and report against set KPIs in line with budget targets.

**Job Responsibilities will include:**

SALES MANAGEMENT (80%)

You will support the Senior Sales Manager for PMDs national department store accounts (Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Macys, Neiman Marcus and Dillards, etc.) as well as LATAM and AUS (Mecca)

Identify opportunities to grow the business in each retailer

In-store merchandising: work on assortments to optimize sales in-store based on SKU performance, current trends, and retailer campaigns

Analyze needs and best practices for each retailer, always being aware of competitor activity

Adapt all initiatives to the specific needs of each retailer to optimize Perricone MDs brand presence (new launch activation, GWPs, events, sampling, etc.)

Report monthly exposure by partners (newsletters, special initiatives, placement on dotcom, etc.)

Identify opportunities outside of retail partners to grow business (paid sampling, etc.) and clear overstocks of specific SKUs

SUPPLY & OPERATIONS (15%)

You will partner with the Supply & Ops team to make sure forecasts are accurate and our DC and our retailers are fully stocked:

Support the Senior Sales Manager and Ops Director on forecasts by SKU, by month, by account

Liaise with the Senior Sales Manager and Ops Director to organize orders with retailers based on their deadlines and needs

Manage no cost goods (samples, collateral, etc.) as well as RTVs for monthly budget review

COPYWRITING AND CONTENT (5%)

Oversee new product setup from start to finish while respecting each retailers guidelines and deadlines

Write copy and update content for dotcom partners (identifying key words, trends, etc.)

Work with the brand team to create relevant assets for each retailer

**KPI**

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets, delivering consistent growth of revenue

Proactively leverage data to develop meaningful insights and take initiative to implement action, growing PMDs ranking within the skincare category

Negotiate the best margins in the industry

Solid financial acumen, comfortable analyzing sales trends to identify, evaluate and capitalize on business opportunities that maximize top and bottom-line impacts

Strong sense of urgency and ability to respond to competing priorities by evaluating ROI

Consistently monitor progress of key deliverables (gross margin, sales vs plan, P&L) to ensure profitability is met

Lead team in building strong joint business plans with each B2B partner, keeping track of allocated spend between sampling, marketing promotions, campaign development, etc.

Team player who can inspire and coach team while building/maintaining strong relationships across functions and regions

Entrepreneurial spirit, treats business like their own

Learns and adjusts quickly to fluid business needs and growth challenges

**SKILLS**

Minimum 2-3 years of B2B experience working with a luxury or specialty retailer, those with department store experience are preferred

Sell-in and sell-through experience with a laser focused drive to grow B2B revenue and deliver on sales targets

Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional team members

Able to create strong relationships with retail buyers

Strong organizational skills

Creative and problem solver

Proficient in Excel

Result-driven and entrepreneurial

Proven track record of driving the sales process from new business development to deal closure

Bilingual Spanish/English (fluent in both) strongly preferred
