Shift/Pay Details

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
  • Hybrid role with predominantly remote work and occasional onsite presence in Nashville, TN
  • Compensation: $18 per hour

Job Description

The Service Desk Analyst role involves providing exceptional phone and email support to resolve IT-related issues for our customers. You will reference and adhere to established instructions to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer end-user technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, systems, and network environments
  • Resolve issues related to Windows 10, Outlook/email (O365), basic networking, and mobile devices
  • Manage SharePoint navigation and Active Directory administration
  • Collaborate with multiple support teams and vendors for issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain customer relationships by providing effective solutions and support
  • Identify areas for operational improvement to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Document processes for knowledge sharing and training
  • Participate in after-hours support as required
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Required Skills

  • Experience with VPN clients, Office 365, Windows 10, and SharePoint
  • Proficient in remote client support and ticketing software
  • Familiarity with Azure AD, Active Directory, and multi-function printers
