Job Overview:
As a Front Desk Associate, your main responsibilities include working independently with a focus on communication, customer service, and multitasking. You will greet residents, monitor security systems, and maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
  • Monitor Emergency Response System.
  • Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
  • Respond to emergency situations promptly.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
  • Monitors Emergency Response System.
  • Greets and directs Residents, guests, and invitees.
  • Monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems.
  • Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitors and controls access to the building.
  • Maintains daily log, records, and forms.
  • Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
  • Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
  • May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
  • Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
  • Other duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
  • College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
  • Two to three years of business experience preferred.
  • Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multiple language fluency is desirable.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 30 – 50 lbs.
  • Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
  • Handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages.
  • Reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to navigate the property/building efficiently.
  • Complete all required forms.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies promptly.

What We Offer:
As a full-time associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and Vision plans. Time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match are also part of the package. Some travel may be required for training and company functions.

Compensation:
$21.00 Hourly paid bi-weekly
