As a Banquet Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high culinary standards and exceptional dining experiences. Work hand-in-hand with our Executive Chef on food cost and inventory.

  • Cleanliness of Kitchen

  • Hits Safety & Production Goals

Expectations:

  • Good communication and attention to detail
  • Presents a positive image of the Club
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt effectively to changing situations, especially during events and peak seasons.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent work experience in a highend culinary establishment.
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Banquet Chef, or similar role
  • Proficiency in utilizing computer software for recipe management, inventory tracking, and menu planning.

Pay:
From $55,000.00 per year
