Dishwashers will work either the first or second shift at our restaurant, averaging 32 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Arrive on time and assist fellow kitchen staff as needed.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Maintain a customer focus in all tasks.
  • Operate and maintain the dishwasher.
  • Hand wash items when required.
  • Keep kitchen and equipment clean and orderly.
  • Empty and clean trash receptacles.
  • Clean beverage machines daily.
  • Organize dish storage area.
  • Adhere to sanitation policies.
  • Support prep cook and kitchen team during busy periods.
  • Assist with table bussing.
  • Complete opening, closing, and side tasks.
  • Address spills or breakages promptly.
  • Sweep and mop kitchen and dining areas.
  • Report sanitation issues.
  • Attend employee meetings and offer improvement ideas.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.
