Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a customer service or administrative role.

Responsibilities:

•Manage intake of new referrals/ enter newpatients into home care Axxess system

•Oversee clinical staff schedules and place themon home care assignments

•Provide office support to field clinical staff,providing them with all required supplies, admission package and clinicalinformation in a timely manner

•Find clinician to turn referral into admissionwithin 48 hours

•Prepare and audit biweekly payroll reports

•Consult with clinical managers and clients toprovide appropriate staffing solutions

•Ensures compliance with all relevant federal,state, and local employment laws and regulations

•Participates in night and weekend on-callrotation as assigned

•Performs other duties as assigned
