SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible to perform cardiac ultrasound studies under the supervision of a sonographer from a more senior category or a physician.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be ARDMS or CCI registered or registry eligible. If registry eligible, must be registered within one (1) year of start date.
  • Must obtain BLS certification within 6 months from hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Pediatrics experience preferred for Pediatric Echocardiography and non-academic setting.
  • TEE experience preferred for non-academic setting.
