Summary of Job Duties:

The HR Business Partner will collaborate with department and college staff to address various HR services such as recruitment, compensation, and employee relations. This role serves as the primary HR contact for designated departments, ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience
  • Master's Degree preferred with 5 years of HR experience
  • Experience working with Workday is a plus
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with staff and administrators
  • Analyze and recommend solutions for HR issues
