Join our team Offering the stability and growth of an industry leader who's 111 years and growing, Lavelle Industries is seeking dependable, results-oriented individuals to join the Production team at our Burlington, WI location.


Positions Available:

  • Assembler - not a stand-in-one-place position, "AMP" employees at Lavelle enjoy variety in the work and a solid training program - no prior experience needed
  • Machine Operator - Our Burlington location uses two different types of rubber presses - if you have experience in plastic injection molding, some of our equipment will be familiar to you. But we will train you Some of the roles do require a height requirement of at least 5' 6" to operate the equipment safely.
  • Mixing Operator - the heart of the organization, our Mixing team works closely to mix and compound the rubber that goes onto our presses. This work does require individuals on the team to be at least 5' 8" to operate the equipment safely. While we do train you, previous experience in mixing (rubber, food, chemical) is ideal for helping you learn the work.

Shifts available:
2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM), 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM)

Wages for these roles start at almost $19/hour and go up from there, depending on position and shift.
