Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors' degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Science or other Chemistry related field. 1+ years Chemistry Laboratory experience of rubber processing, formulating, and compounding experience. Familiar with computer systems, especially Microsoft Office/ Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Business level English skills (both written and verbal). Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25lbs. Ability to travel domestically or internationally 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Science with 3-5 + years of experience developing and testing elastomer or plastic materials. Advanced University Degrees in various Chemical Sciences. Experience with PPAP, DFMEA, and PFMEA. Knowledge of rubber mixing and molding practices. Six Sigma, DfSS, other analytical and problem-solving techniques. Knowledge of surface chemistry relative to adhesion.
