The preferred locations are Atlanta, Birmingham, and Nashville.

To tackle this challenge, we are currently looking for a Sales Territory Manager for Syngenta's Southeast Professional Solutions territory.

Job Title: Sales Territory Manager

Accountabilities
- Manage a key pest management territory to maximize sales efforts.
- Achieve revenue and profit objectives through well-defined business plans.
- Develop and implement effective "Go to Market" strategies in alignment with Brand Value.
- Work closely with end users and distributor sales representatives to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with Syngenta sales and marketing teams to execute the sales plan.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to capture a significant market share within the territory.
- Provide accurate product portfolio guidance to end users.
- Establish and nurture trust with key end users in the territory.
- Cultivate a collaborative relationship with distribution channels in the territory.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Agriculture or a related field.
- At least 2 years of field experience in sales or a technical capacity.
- Up to 80% Travel is Required for this position.
- All candidates must have authorization to work in the US without sponsorship from Syngenta.
Preferred Requirements
- Ability to establish trust with end users and distributors in the territory for ensuring success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Profound technical knowledge of the product portfolio and competitive products in the market.
- Ability to identify competitive activities in the market and mitigate their impact on profit targets effectively.
