Qualifications:
Prior experience in retail is beneficial but not necessary.
Ability to stand/walk or sit for extended periods of time (4-8 hours).
Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable transportation to travel to different store locations.
Proficiency in using a smartphone for emails and texts.

While HVAC or Water Treatment experience is not required, willingness to learn about the products and services offered by the company would be advantageous.


Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized display area within the store Track and report customer interactions and leads generated
Work collaboratively with Sales Consultants to ensure a seamless transition from initial customer contact to in-home estimate
Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns customers may have
Follow up with customers after their in-home estimate to answer any additional questions and ultimately close the sale
Assist with any promotional events or activities at the store
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player within the organization
Continually strive to improve product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and education.
