Commissions base:
- Earn commissions on various memberships, training programs, and sales:
- Performance Club Memberships: Commissions ranging from $25 to $125 per membership.
- High-Performance Training: Receive a 10% commission on cash received or two months of program fees.
- Personal Training: Earn $100 commission per session sold to new members.
- Sports Programming: Receive a 10% commission on each camp package sold.
Our partner is the top sports, wellness, and active entertainment destination brand in the nation, boasting a premium health club, celebrity chef-inspired restaurant, luxurious medi-spa, 20,000 sq. ft. active entertainment center, along with an indoor field house featuring a FIFA-sized field, two NHL-regulation sized ice rinks, and over 30 sports for you and your family to play, live, and enjoy at their premier location.
The Sales Ambassadors will take charge of actively promoting new memberships, sports programs, and other offerings to potential clients. We are looking for individuals with a strong dedication to fitness and embracing a healthy lifestyle. This is a full-time role, requiring availability on evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities:
- Adhere to Company policies, practices, and procedures
- Drive sales of new memberships, sports programs, and other offerings to potential clients
- Follow-up on leads through daily phone calls and emails
- Promote services provided by our top-notch fitness professionals
- Respond to member inquiries, conduct tours, presentations, and events (some nights and weekends may be required)
- Manage new and existing member contracts and kits
- Build strong relationships with members
- Assist in generating prospect lists and leads
- Meet sales and retention targets through proactive outreach
- Maintain visibility throughout the facility
- Enhance overall knowledge of the facility
- Collaborate with Sales Manager on-duty
- Personalize member experiences to match their needs and goals
- Regularly meet with club leadership for effective onboarding and member retention
- Ensure the safety of all individuals on-site
- 2-4 years of sales experience in a high-end setting (fitness/healthcare sales background is a plus)
- Proven track record of sales success
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to surpass goals in a performance-driven environment
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and team spirit
- Effective in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in prospecting both internal and external leads
- Excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
- Willingness to adapt to dynamic environments
- Confidence, professionalism, and desire to learn
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
- Familiarity with safety standards in the sports and wellness industry
