User Experience (UX) Lead

In the quest for a UX Lead to join ICF's Corporate Marketing team and contribute to our global expansion, we invite enthusiastic candidates to step forward.

What will be your responsibilities:
  • Apply user-centric methods to identify personas and enhance user behavior on various touchpoints across the ICF website.
  • Comprehend business needs and GTM strategies to create engaging web experiences.
  • Present UX solutions using storyboards, process flows, interactive prototypes, and designs to different business levels.
  • Collaborate with developers to convert UX solutions into technical specifications.
  • Ensure continuous measurement of feedback and performance metrics in partnership with Campaign Ops to drive iterative enhancements on the website.
  • Establish and maintain a UX pattern library aligning with ICF's Corporate brand.
  • Oversee UI and web design assets across all Corporate Marketing channels to maintain UX and brand consistency.
  • Develop a roadmap for ongoing UX and web design enhancements in the short and long term.
  • Enhance UX skillsets across the team and coach them to motivate and provide consistent feedback.

What we expect from you:

At least 5 years of UX and/or Web Design experience, including work in a marketing environment.

5+ years of experience with project management tools like JIRA or Asana.

Proficiency in UX design applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Sketch.

Experience designing and developing UX solutions for Enterprise-level Content Management Systems.


What we would appreciate:

BS/BA in web/graphic design, business, computer science, or related field.

7+ years supporting UX and web design functions in B2B and/or B2G marketing environments.

Leadership experience in guiding and supporting large-scale website redesign efforts.

Experience collaborating with UX, design, or web development agencies.

Management of multiple corporate brands in terms of visual design, content, and messaging.

Familiarity with Web Accessibility standards and ability to work across teams/divisions/departments effectively.

Previous exposure to Corporate, Brand Marketing, and/or Web Marketing teams.

Ability to effectively partner with marketers, agencies, copywriters, designers, subject matter experts, and clients/stakeholders.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a customer-service orientation.
