Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with the operations team and backofhouse team
  • Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace
  • Selfstarter with strong attention to detail
  • Set up and break down of dining room
  • Maintain a clean and wellstocked work area including bussing
  • Collect money, accurately provide change and input into POS
  • Serve guests and fill server orders quickly and courteously
  • Check IDs in accordance with beverage guidelines
  • Exercise good judgment, creativity, and sensitivity in response to changing situations
  • Additional duties may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A flexible schedule is required
  • Hospitality experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to pass random drug and alcohol screenings
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalence Certificate preferred
  • Background in restaurants, banquets, or special events serving preferred
  • Available on all major holidays
  • California Food Handlers certification is preferred but not required

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift/pull/push 50lbs
  • Ability to bend, rotate and reach frequently
  • Ascending/descending stairs or ladders safely
  • Ability to maneuver through/in/around small and/or confined areas within the vessel
  • Must be able to maintain both static and dynamic standing balance to complete various duties associated with job
