Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide fast, friendly service and be attentive to guests' needs to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Manage Orders and Deliveries: Accurately take guests' food and drink orders, enter orders into the point-of-sale system, and deliver trays to designated tables.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Communication Skills: Listen to guests' orders and needs, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Work collaboratively with the team, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
