A GLIMPSE INTO A TYPICAL DAY

In your role at the Cost Cutters salon, you lead the team with a focus on salon profitability and insights into the beauty sector. In addition to offering exceptional hair care services, you mentor and train staff, cultivate a positive workplace, and manage various administrative duties. Your responsibilities encompass recruitment, training, conflict resolution, and addressing client issues with professionalism. You may also oversee end-of-day operations, embodying qualities of leadership, commitment, and excellence in managing the salon

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, a customer-centric approach, and adept problem-solving skills
  • Effective at motivating and developing team members, fostering a positive work environment, providing guidance on business and technical matters, and maintaining a focus on the salon's profitability
  • Hold an active cosmetology or barber license as mandated by state laws
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in technology and administrative tasks
  • Physical capabilities to stand, lift, and handle day-to-day tasks comfortably

WORKING HOURS

The work schedule is flexible and may include evenings and weekends depending on operational requirements. Since our closing time is 7 pm, late-night shifts are not part of the schedule
