Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. As a Lead Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious baked goods. Hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 5am - 1pm.
If you have a love for culinary arts, enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and have experience in food production, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including cinnamon rolls, pastries, and cookies
- Follow recipes and ensure that all products meet our highquality standards
- Decorate pastries with precision and creativity
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of baked goods
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any ingredient needs to the appropriate personnel
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or relevant role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Proficient in baking a variety of breads, pastries, and cookies
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fastpaced kitchen environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
