Bilingual HR Generalist

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSURESTAFF is immediately hiring a HR Generalist for a large, well-known client in Huntley, IL. As a HR Generalist for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of office operations.SURESTAFF is invested in their team members All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation $34/hr. as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 1st Shift (8am-5pm) As a Bilingual HR Representative, you will be:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and consistent workplace.
• Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Work with managers to address performance issues and recognize high-performing employees.
• Utilize HR systems to gather and analyze data for reporting purposes.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on HR metrics.
• Be aware that management may assign additional responsibilities beyond the specific job description, as needed. Flexibility and adaptability to take on tasks outside the defined role are expected.

Clerical Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with HR software and systems.
