Human Resources Business Partner , you will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and driving strategic HR initiatives that align with the organization's goals.

Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with departmental heads and senior leadership to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support these objectives
Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management and conflict resolution
Lead the recruitment and selection process for various positions within the organization, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster professional growth
Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement, including recognition programs, feedback mechanisms and employee wellness initiatives
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and organizational policies
Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work culture
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform decision-making

Human Resources Business Partner Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field required
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner, preferably in a non-profit or mission-driven organization
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement innovative HR solutions that drive organizational success
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail
