OnPay is taking learning and development to the next level by building a best-in-class team member learning experience, and we are looking for someone like you to help us do this.
The People and Culture Team seeks someone passionate and high-energy, with at least three years of learning experience, to become the next Learning and Development Specialist.
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering creative training programs using the Adult Learning Theory.The delivery methods will include self-paced eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), blended learning, and interactive virtual instructor-led assessments in support of the development of our team members and leadership talent with a heavy focus on Payroll knowledge and Product trainingYour primary responsibilities will be supporting OnPays team member development strategy by applying industry best practices and technology while collaborating with subject matter experts and appropriate functional leaders to determine audience-specific requirements and align on expected post-training outcomes.
Role Responsibilities:
Develop engaging and interactive eLearning modules, training materials, and presentations tailored to the target audience's needs from inception to completionFacilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to provide education on all relevant topicsCollaborate and build strong relationships with leaders from various departments to identify learning needs and develop relevant training programsWork closely with subject matter experts to gather content and resources for training materialsAdapt delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferencesConduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness of learning initiativesAnalyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future enhancementsUtilize and maintain the learning management system (LMS) and other technology platforms to deliver, track, and evaluate training programsStay updated on emerging trends and best practices in learning technology to optimize the learning experienceContinuously seek opportunities to enhance the quality and impact of learning and development programsAll other duties as assignedTraits and

Bachelors degree or equivalentAt least three years of experience designing, developing, managing, and facilitating learning programs in-person and/or virtuallyExperience with Google Suite is requiredExperience managing an LMS is required, i.e.
