Job Description:

  • Responsible for maintaining a data center location ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and support to the maintenance team
  • Assist with project management and scheduling
  • Oversee maintenance activities of critical infrastructure
  • Identify and address safety hazards
  • Manage contractors and ensure compliance with business continuity plans
  • Ensure emergency response plans are up to date
  • Maintain operational readiness of equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC and electrical equipment
  • Assist in building security operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • 3-5 years of experience in critical room air conditioning equipment
  • 5-10 years of combined critical facility operations and maintenance experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of data center systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Domestic Travel 10% of the time
  • Valid Driver's License and HVAC Certification preferred

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

  • Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, and more
