-As Occupational Therapy Assistants at Eagle's Trace, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residents in their day-to-day activities, ensuring personalized care to cater to their individual needs.

Our residents reside within our distinguished award-winning campus, fostering a setting where you can actively participate in their ongoing care journey.

Compensation:
$35.00 / hourHelping individuals lead improved lives by:
Embracing a comprehensive approach that addresses the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical requirementsAdhering to Medicare, state, and federal guidelines, company protocols, and procedures by ensuring staff comprehension and compliance in care provision, documentation, billing practices, resident rights, customer service, and regulatory standards as outlined.
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address the evolving needs of our residents
  • Performing therapy tasks across various settings within the Erickson continuum of care, as necessary
  • Accurately documenting services and billing information in a timely manner per the stipulated business-specific formats dictated by company and regulatory standards
  • Communicating the resident's care plan (crafted by the OT) to the resident, family, and Physician

Requirements:
  • Completion of an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance
  • Education and training meeting current Medicare and state personnel criteria for Occupational Therapy Assistants
  • Valid CPR Certification
  • Preferably, experience in therapeutic care targeting older adults across various diagnostic groups
