  • Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
  • Perform tasks such as changing light bulbs, preventative maintenance for guest rooms, repairing equipment like ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC, etc.
  • Carry out plumbing repairs, laundry equipment repairs, proper maintenance on exhaust fans, monitor energy conservation, and repair small equipment upon request.
  • Immediately respond to alarms, determine emergency status, and report findings to the Front Desk.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks/jobs from the supervisor or manager.
