I. Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse by performing a variety of tasks including receiving, processing and storing inventory. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy and keeping the warehouse organized and clean.

II. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring all items are accounted for.
  • Manage inventory by recording the intake and outflow of items to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist customers with their pickups, providing a positive and helpful experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Accurately collect and process payments.
  • Utilize computer skills to manga data in Excel and other software applications.
III. Required Skills / Abilities
  • Valid driver's license is required for operating vehicles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Effective communication and strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate a forklift; certification is a plus.
IV. Education & Experience
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior experience operating a forklift is preferred.
V. Other Job Demands

Work is generally performed outdoors in all-weather elements such as hot, cold, rain, or snow and personal protective equipment is required. Working hours may vary and evening or weekend work may be required. You may be required to lift and carry weight up to fifty pounds. Travel requires the ability to drive and the use of a personal vehicle.
