Associate's Degree (Required)
BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, DL-HC - Driver's License only if in a Home Care department - Department of Motor Vehicles, LIC - Licensed in Field - State of Ohio, NBRC - National Board of Respiratory Care - The National Board for Respiratory Care Field of Study:
Respiratory Care or Certificate of Program Completion in Respiratory Care; Knowledge of Respiratory Care Technology; Valid state driver's license, Minimum of eighteen (18) years old, Have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), Must provide proof of insurance, if applicable.
