Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at OhioHealth. As a key member of our Pulmonary Services department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to facilitate patient breathing and evaluate respiratory care for appropriateness and effectiveness.
  • Communicate findings and results to other healthcare professionals and provide expert guidance to patients and families.
  • Assume charge therapist responsibilities in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care or related field.
  • Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care.
  • Ohio License (Limited Permit acceptable).
  • CPR Certification.
  • Valid state driver's license (for Home Care department only).
Work Environment

This is a full-time night shift position with a scheduled 36 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
