We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with potential customers to explain our cloud broker services and help identify where those services can address customer project requirements. You will also be responsible for generating preliminary cost estimates for onboarding customer projects and maintaining a long-term relationship with the customer team throughout the life cycle of their project. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud computing models and how costs are generated and managed in the commercial cloud, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

You Have:

Experience working in a customer service role Experience working in the DoD or with DoD organization and program management Experience with Agile methodologies and their implementation in Jira Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Excel Ability to facilitate live and online meetings Ability to pay attention to detail and work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team-oriented environment Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies and then explain those to others Ability to obtain a security clearance HS diploma or GED AWS Knowledge Certifications, including AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
