E-Commerce Systems Administrator Responsibilities

  • Executing a strong performance marketing and SEO strategy.
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify insights and optimize performance, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Create engaging, compelling, SEOoptimized content for various digital channels, including text, image, and video advertisements and corresponding landing pages.
  • Cultivating standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Implementing customer segmentation and personalized marketing approaches and measuring resulting conversion rate effects with A/B testing.
  • Identifying and testing new channels to grow brand and product type audience size.
  • Implementing marketing automation and leadgeneration strategies.
  • Work with external vendors and agencies to ensure the quality and costeffectiveness of campaigns.

Required Skills:

  • Deep working knowledge of campaign execution and measurement in website, social media, and marketing platforms, including WooCommerce, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Channel Advisor, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, and SEM research tools such as SEMrush or SimilarWeb.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role building effective multichannel marketing strategies in a productbased eCommerce environment, including customer acquisition via affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
  • You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including metrics such as customer lifetime value (CLV), return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
