Job Track Description:

  • Requires broad technical expertise and industry knowledge.

  • Has primary accountability for the performance and results of:
  • Segment generating >$100MM in revenue for Account Manager,
  • Function for a region or a global Department within a subfunction OR.
  • Technology for a Business Line.
  • Provides leadership to managers and senior professional staff.
  • Adapts and executes functional or departmental business plans.
  • May contribute to the development of strategies.
  • Makes decisions based on resource availability and functional objectives.

  • Understands and applies concepts in the field of expertise.
  • Has basic knowledge of other disciplines.

Business Expertise

  • Applies in-depth knowledge of own area and business expertise.
  • Aware of the competition and what differentiates them.

  • Guided by companywide and functional strategy.

Leadership

  • Leads a major part of the organization through senior managers.
  • Develops and executes long-term functional strategy to achieve key business goals.

  • Directs the development of new or innovative solutions.

  • Uses clear communication skills to influence others, including senior leadership.
  • Establishes collaborative relationships across the business and with external organizations.

Responsibility Statements

  • Manages delivery (internal/external) teams either directly or through matrix organization.
  • Is accountable for the performance and results of a segment generating between $25M USD - $100M USD in revenue.
  • Is accountable for driving growth opportunities across the entire portfolio/segment.
  • Manages multiple strategic clients and complex contracts across locations, requiring large staffing.
  • Pro-actively guides the client and cross-functional internal teams to resolve critical escalations.
  • Owns client relationships that have corporate strategic importance.
  • Leads potential deals through the review process and recommends based on the approval matrix.
  • Responsible for client satisfaction through potentially multiple Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • Provides industry and company knowledge within the business vertical.
  • Provides recommendations and initiates enhancement opportunities to sales and marketing operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
