**Job Description:**

As a Tool and Die Machinist, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and repair of precision tools, dies, and fixtures. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. We are looking for Candidates on 2nd or 3rd shift.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and CAD designs to create and modify tools and dies.

Operate and maintain manual and CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM machines.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on tools and dies to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Troubleshoot and repair any issues with tools and dies to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop innovative solutions and improve manufacturing processes.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including measurements, tolerances, and materials used.

**Qualifications:**

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.

Minimum of (X) years of experience as a Tool and Die Machinist in a manufacturing or metal stamping environment.

Proficiency in operating manual and CNC machines.

Strong understanding of metal properties, machining techniques, and tool design.

Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
