Trauma Associate Sales Representative

What is the role about?
- Assisting the Trauma Sales team in an assigned territory with installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and demo inventory setup.
- Transporting customer inventory between accounts and covering surgical cases for sales reps.
- Studying technical information and surgical procedures within the Trauma Orthopaedics product portfolio.
- Managing a 24/7 call rotation within the team's territory.
Key Success Factors:
- Technical expertise in Trauma Orthopaedics and ability to build positive relationships with surgeons and hospital staff.
- Self-motivated individuals who absorb technical information and support customers effectively.
- Results-driven professionals passionate about boosting sales revenue and impacting patient outcomes.
- Team players committed to collaboration and constant improvement in Trauma Orthopaedics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years in sales, preferably in healthcare or orthopedic products.
- Proven track record in sales at the surgeon or hospital level.
- Experience leading and mentoring team members.
Travel Requirements:
Travel within the designated sales territory with occasional overnight stays. Infrequent national travel may be required for events and conferences.
Field sales professionals accessing healthcare facilities must complete the credentialing process, including COVID-19 vaccine management.
