About the Role and the Company
Lead a team of talented developers in creating cutting-edge, high-performance Java applications for decision processing. You'll play a crucial role in planning, designing, and developing technical solutions that align with MasterCard standards, while collaborating closely with partner technical leads and architects. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting incidents, contributing to a complex platform, and ensuring the effective delivery of software capabilities. By leading the charge in Agile SAFe sessions, participating in PoCs, and providing technical guidance, you'll be integral to driving innovation and success within the department.- Plan, design, and develop high-performance Java applications for decision processing
- Collaborate with partner technical leads and architects
- Provide technical expertise and leadership to ensure effective software delivery
- Conduct code reviews and offer tech guidance to junior team members
- Possess advanced organizational and communication skills
- Have expertise in Linux, Spring Framework, Java development, and agile processes
- Competent with technologies such as JBoss, Tomcat, and Oracle PL/SQL
- Experience with Eclipse or IntelliJ and cloud-ready microservices is a plus
