To support that challenge, the Global Vegetable Marketing team is currently seeking a Head of Growth to be located in Woodland, California.
:
Identifying, developing, and managing partnerships and strategic alliances that drive our company's growth and market expansion.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for creating and managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
Identify potential partners and negotiate agreements that align with the company's strategic objectives and financial goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand & customer, product, market intelligence, sales, and legal, to execute partnership agreements and initiatives.
Drive business development activities and identification of new business opportunities.
Lead the team responsible for the execution of strategies and initiatives related to partnerships and business development.
Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring that objectives are met and proposing adjustments, as necessary.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events to enhance business development efforts.
Prepare and present regular reports on the progress and results of strategic alliances and business development activities to the executive team.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
Extensive experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field, preferably within the relevant industry.
Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
Competencies
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a history of building and leading highperforming teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
Deep understanding of the market landscape, competitive trends, and business models.
Willingness to travel as required for partner meetings, events, and conferences
