Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that assists professionals in securing top positions with prominent national brands.

We are in search of a Graphic Designer to join a beauty product firm. As a graphic design contractor, your key role will be to bring the client's brand and style to life particularly in digital media, focusing on web and user interface (UI) design. Your responsibilities will include creating design elements like system components, web banners, web pages, standalone visuals and graphics, wireframes, presentations, and more. This position calls for a creative individual who can handle various projects simultaneously while working effectively with the team.

This is a project-based opportunity until December 2025, based in the Dallas metro region. It is a hybrid position, requiring presence in the office from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members (strategy, UX, content, IT/Dev, etc.) to develop conceptual designs for digital platforms, particularly eCommerce websites.
  • Support the Digital Experience team by providing visual and competitive research for different projects.
  • Work closely with copywriters, UX designers, and IT partners to finalize designs and deliverables.
  • Create digital media designs, icons, and presentation materials (PPT), with potential involvement in social and print designs.
  • Conduct research, develop mood boards and design concepts, and prepare presentation materials, web layouts, logos/icons, and illustrations.
  • Assist the DX Senior Graphic Art Director with design tasks.
  • Ensure all designs comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards.

Graphic Designer Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of web-based graphic design experience with a shareable portfolio/samples.
  • Proven collaboration skills with UX Designers and/or Developers are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong design sense, attention to detail, creativity, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects independently.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce platforms (Commerce/Experience/Marketing Clouds) is advantageous.
  • Experience in creating and expanding internal Design Systems is a plus, primarily using Salesforce Lightening and Google Material 3.
  • Preferably familiar with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
