ESSENTIAL SALES SUPPORT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete contracts, addendums, and proposals withTimely and professional communication withCoordinate with Sales Managers to execute group booking accordingly in appropriate systems.

Any additional group changes will be updated by the sales coordinator.

Set up accurate billing for each individualEnter pertinent information into Sales, POS and Event ManagementRegularly assists in booking individual reservations that fall into special rateRun group reports through our salesContinually maintain group bookings in propertyAdministrative duties:
Typing, answering telephones, sending correspondence, (as required)Taking leads both over the phone and email, then processing in our salesAct as a lead catcher for

ESSENTIAL MARKETING SUPPORT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaison between property and various Kimpton resourcesDevelops social, leisure, corporate and cultural programming calendar for the property and outletsEffectively communicate social media plans, upcoming events, performances and VIP and influencer awareness to all appropriate staff on a regularly scheduled basisPartner with Kimpton Studio for promotional materials productionAttend key operational meetings to ensure alignment with the property teamLiaison between operations team to activate Kimpton mandated programming and activations around the hotel and restaurantAll property based Programming and local Marketing support (Hotel and R B) as assignedOn-Property Guest Facing Marketing and Awareness materials / signageSpecial Event CoordinationSPECIFIC EXPERIENCE WE'

RE SEEKING:
2 years of experience in hospitalityBachelor's degree in hospitalityFlexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends andStrong understanding of customer and market dynamics andStrong computer skills and proficient in MSWell organized, detail oriented with excellent follow-upExcellent communication

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education and/or Experience:
