Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant/Service Coordinator.

This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, as well as coordinating services for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for our team
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and coordinate services
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client information and services provided
  • Monitor and track project timelines and deadlines
  • Handle billing and invoicing processes
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred 12 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in a staffing or contracting agency is a plus
