To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a non-profit organization located in Newton, MA dedicated to educating and empowering healthcare professionals, is seeking a Temporary Marketing Associate on a temp-to-hire basis.

The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the organization's marketing efforts across various channels to establish and drive brand awareness, as well as create and maintain clear communication with membership.

Working with an outside marketing agency, the Marketing Associate will champion all marketing efforts and direction for the organization.

This role will be working out of their Newton, MA office Monday-Friday and can pay up to $30/hour based on previous marketing experience.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure the organization and its mission are consistently presented in a strong positive image to relevant stakeholdersEnsure quality of all communication is consistent, accurate, and compelling (website, newsletter, social media, etc.)Create and launch campaigns for specific meetings, events, and educational programsSupport events such as webinars and conferencesManage version control and regular updates to resourcesCreate and maintain corporate presentations and Articulate modulesBuild and maintain relationships with other advocacy groups in the context of cross-marketing partnership opportunitiesBudget and prioritize marketing spending Qualifications & SkillsMinimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and communicationNon-profit experience preferredExperience in healthcare related field a bonusProven experience in developing and implementing marketing and social media campaignsExceptional organizational and creative problem-solving skills including attention to detail and accuracyExcellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholdersComputer proficient including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook), Google Analytics, Constant Contact, as well as modern cloud-based collaboration and database toolsKnowledge of Buffer or similar media planning tool and specific experience with X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, InstagramKnowledge and experience working with Articulate is a bonusApply today for immediate considerationA1377800PB_ To Apply for this Job Click Here
