Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Content Creator to join our team in the Miami, FL area.

*Responsibilities include but are not limited to: *Responsible for collaborating with Systems and Software Engineers and SMEs in the development of training content, such as audio recordings, videos, interactive training systems, learning management system modules, AR/VR environments, and other emerging technologiesConsults with Trainers and subject matter experts to determine instructional requirements, collect data, create content design proposals, and develop Implementation Plans and effective solutionsCollaborates with stakeholders to produce media that supports instructional goals and objectivesLead the use of a variety of educational technologies to create synchronous, asynchronous, and self-service teaching and learning experiencesSupervises and mentors subordinate staff, including Graphic Designers and A/V Specialists

Basic Qualifications:
Two or more (2+) years of related experienceIf a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are requiredIf a candidate holds an Associates degree rather than a Bachelors degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing instructional materials for DoD or IC.*Clearance Requirements:*This position requires an active secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the timeMust be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnelConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computerThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situationsThe person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
