Summary:

  • Providing effective training to the assembly cell and maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Assembling personal care or nutritional products
  • Collaborating with supervisors and team leads to prioritize staffing assignments
  • Coordinating employee training, quality requirements, and problem-solving skills
  • Working with various support staff to resolve issues and maintain standard work
  • Completing lot acceptance activities and tracking production metrics
  • Supporting continuous improvement efforts and participating in team communication
  • Following company's quality system procedures and maintaining a clean work area
  • Leading, training, and coaching manufacturing staff for production and safety
  • Ensuring compliance with cGMP and company requirements
  • Learning and utilizing ERP system for inventory maintenance and production runs
  • Submitting change controls when necessary and leading daily start-up huddles

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 2-3 years of related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Experience in leading teams or projects and food/drug manufacturing

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and documents
  • Required English language skills, bilingual preferred

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and understand weight metrics

REASONING ABILITY:
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding and deal with problems effectively

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift specific weights
  • Visual abilities required for the job tasks

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
