Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering information to bid construction projects (i.e. bid plans & specs).
  • Manage project documentation and ensure all paperwork is accurate and uptodate.
  • Support the office with answering phones, filing, organizing material tickets, and cross checking bills.
  • Filling out bids for public projects.

Skills:

  • Excellent written/ verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in data entry with quick books
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail a must
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 360 for document management
*Bilingual a plus

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
