Job Responsibilities

  • Create and oversee project budgets, schedules, and timelines
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients for efficient project execution
  • Maintain project records and documentation accurately
  • Monitor project advancement and address any arising issues promptly
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
  • Conduct regular site visits for progress monitoring and quality assurance
  • Keep stakeholders informed on project status and handle any concerns professionally
  • Manage project conclusion, including inspections and client handover

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction project management
  • Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and project management tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently
  • Familiarity with subcontractors and vendors
  • Knowledge of multifamily construction projects is a plus
