Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to be a part of our dynamic engineering team. Your role will be instrumental in developing an advanced financial services and benefits platform. At Lively, we handle critical tasks such as seamless integration with financial institutions, fund transfers, balance tracking, aiding in healthcare choices, and ensuring top-notch data security. To accomplish this, we are constructing our applications using a robust web stack that includes , React, and Postgres.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly understand Lively's software products, analyze various usage scenarios, devise and conduct comprehensive tests to evaluate software quality.
  • Create detailed test plans and cases.
  • Conduct diverse testing methods on software components and systems: manual UI testing, automated API testing, and performance testing.
  • Enhance quality processes and automation coverage continually.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in testing web or distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proficiency in testing UX web applications and backend systems.
  • Ability to align test strategies with requirements and generate meticulous test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, SoapUI, Postman, TestNG.
  • Working knowledge of test case management tools like Test Rails, Xray.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, necessary for working closely with QAs in various domains.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices.
