Job Description

The experienced full stack developer will participate in a dynamic team of engineers who specialize in solving intricate challenges within our constantly evolving cloud-native technical environment. Ready to dive into cutting-edge technologies and innovative architectural concepts within a progressive organization that continuously pushes boundaries. The ideal candidate should possess a background in developing products across various layers and a solid grasp of cloud-native technology stacks, along with API Gateway and event orchestration. This full stack developer will collaborate with a team that leverages modern technology to address obstacles in both frontend and backend infrastructures, ultimately delivering exceptional user experiences globally.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all phases of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
  • Collaborate with functional SMEs, frontend developers, and business stakeholders to create API-first systems
  • Specialize in server-side technologies such as C#, Java, and Node.js, and messaging frameworks like Kafka.
  • Engage across different time zones using communication tools like Slack, GitHub comments, documentation, and regular video conferences
  • Ensure optimal application performance, uptime, and scalability, while upholding stringent standards for code quality and application design

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in constructing large-scale enterprise distributed event-driven applications
  • Proficiency in designing and integrating RESTful and Streaming APIs and event-driven messaging frameworks
  • Proficient in integrating third-party systems and data transformation processes.
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise and integration design patterns
  • Strong command of C#, Java, Kafka, databases, and API Gateways
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of business process management engines and business rules engines
  • Experience in scaling and performance optimization of applications
  • Proficiency in configuring observability and logging tools/frameworks
  • Exceptional debugging and optimization capabilities
  • Experience in unit/integration testing
  • Understanding of Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering
  • Enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge of new tools, languages, workflows, and methodologies
