About the Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Junior Fullstack Developer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Junior Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using Java and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop fullstack applications using Java and JavaScript
  • Work with our team to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following industry best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills in Java with proficiency in object-oriented design principles
  • Strong experience with web development frameworks (Angular or React)
  • Familiarity with Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring, and Hibernate
  • Familiarity with distributed storage systems like DB2, Oracle, Cassandra, and MongoDB
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines especially using Git
  • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux experience
