Job Responsibilities
  • Providing nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Following and implementing resident care plans
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting as required
  • Observing resident conditions and informing the nursing team of any concerns
  • Assisting with meals, feeding, and other activities of daily living
  • Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in residents' living areas
  • Acting as a liaison between medical staff, residents, and visitors
  • Assisting with resident mobility and providing companionship
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills
  • Effective communication skills with medical professionals and residents
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
